基于 ORC的船舶主机余热回收方案选择研究

摘要


本文通过对MAN6S80MC-C型低速二冲程船舶主机运行数据进行处理,计算出10~70%负荷下主机废气和缸套水可利用余热量及其参数。根据船舶实际情况,选择出三种ORC余热回收系统,以新型低碳环保型制冷剂R1233zd(E)为系统工质、净输出功率为目标,对选择的三个系统进行了性能对比,选择出适合该主机余热回收的最优方案。结果表明:主机余热在船舶现有余热回收设备回收后仍有大量余热可利用,且缸套水余热量多余废气余热量;R1233zd(E)适合主机ORC余热回收系统;DE-ORC余热回收系统是最适合用于主机余热回收
