阿昔莫司在降低脂蛋白a 方面的临床研究

摘要

这项对照临床试验的目的是评估阿昔莫司对血浆脂蛋白(a) 浓度的影响。将300 例高脂症患者随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组每天口服两次阿昔莫司，每次250mg；对照组每晚口服一次阿托伐他汀10mg。在服药前、服药后一个月和服药后两个月监测血浆总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇，LDL-C，Lp(a) 水平。实验结果发现，服药后试验组血浆总胆固醇，三酰甘油，低密度脂蛋白胆固醇，Lp(a) 水平显著降低，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇略有增加；在降低Lp(a) 水平方面，
阿昔莫司的治疗效果明显优于阿托伐他汀。
