慢性淋巴细胞白血病/小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤合并非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床分析

摘要

目的 对慢性淋巴细胞白血病合并非霍奇金淋巴瘤病例的治疗过程进行探讨。方法 整理本次研究所用的病例资料，回顾整个治疗过程，探讨其治疗效果。结果 患者在接受化疗后，浅表淋巴结明显缩小，病情逐步稳定。结论 慢性淋巴细胞白血病合并非霍奇金淋巴瘤，应结合患者年龄、ECOG 评分、体质情况、恶化程度等因素来拟定治疗方案，确定主要治疗目标，并进行出院指导，定期随访。
