门球时间对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死预后效果的影响分析

摘要

目的：研究门球时间对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死预后效果的影响；方法：选择2017年9月25日至2019年12月31日收治确诊为
急性ST段抬高性心梗患者493例，设为胸痛中心(ChestPainCenter，CPC)之后组，对比2013年1月1日至2017年9月24日收治确诊
为急性ST段抬高性心梗患者476例，设为胸痛中心之前组，观察患者的接诊时间、门球时间、CCU住院时间、总住院时间、症状消失时间、
预后心肌功能、肺功能、主动脉夹层情况。结果：两组患者接诊时间无统计学差别，t<10.000，P<0.05；CPC之后组门球时间、CCU住院时
间、总住院时间、症状消失时间均低于CPC之前组，t>10.000，P<0.05；CPC之后组心肌功能损伤、肺功能损伤、主动脉夹层患者数量显著
低于CPC之前组，t>10.000，P<0.01；CPC之前，患者满意度77.1%，CPC之后，患者满意度93.1%，t>10.000，P<0.01。结论：门球时间对
急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者预后有积极意义；
