脊柱术后感染的危险因素的归纳分析

摘要


脊柱术后感染已成为脊柱外科医生必须面对的棘手问题，术后感染影响了临床治疗效率，延长了住院时间，增加了医疗费用和患者的负担，其发生率为1％〜10％ [。对这些危险因素的认识，使我们能够降低感染的发生率。现将有关脊柱术后感染的危险因素及预防等方面的文献进行回顾总结，增进关于脊柱术后SSI方面的相关认识。
