经皮椎间孔镜技术在治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

摘要

日本于2003年开始局部麻醉下经皮腰椎内窥镜手术，因为它只需要8毫米的皮肤切口，对椎旁肌肉的损伤最小，所以是目前侵入性最小的脊柱手术，而且经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术（PTED）成为国内外应用最广泛的手术方法之一。在这篇综述中详细阐述了随着时间的推移经皮椎间孔镜技术的发展概况。
