This paper analyzes media and information literacy among college students in the all-media era, specifically students from three Chengdu universities. It identifies issues in news reading, information searching, and network communication through questionnaires and interviews. To tackle these problems, solutions proposed include media literacy education strengthening, improving evaluation standards for information literacy, and setting up varied information acquisition channels. Implementing these strategies will improve media and information literacy among college students and can provide guidance for other universities' education and teaching.
