目的：探究规范化营养治疗方案结合精细化护理在结直肠癌患者中的应用效果。方法：选取我院 2021.5-2022.5 期间收治的 98 例结直肠癌患者，采用简单随机化分组方式，将患者分为两组，分别为对照组（49 例）以及观察组（49 例）。对照组患者接受常规营养治疗方案结合常规护理，观察组患者接受规范化营养治疗方案结合精细化护理，比较两组患者以下指标：术后恢复情况、生活质量。结果：对比两组患者术后恢复情况，观察组麻醉恢复时间、肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均明显较低（P＜0.05）。对比两组患者生活质量，观察组明显较高（P＜0.05）。结论：对结直肠癌患者实行规范化营养治疗方案结合精细化护理可改善患者术后恢复效果，提升患者生活质量，值得推广应用。 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the application effect of standardized nutritional therapy combined with refined nursing care in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: 98 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital during the period from May 2025 to May 2022.5 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (49 cases) and the observation group (49 cases). The patients in the control group received routine nutritional treatment combined with routine care, while the patients in the observation group received standardized nutritional treatment combined with meticulous care. The following indicators were compared between the two groups: postoperative recovery and quality of life.Results: Comparing the postoperative recovery of the two groups, the observation group had significantly lower anesthesia recovery time, anal exhaust time, and bowel sound recovery time (P<0.05). The quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly higher compared to the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Standardized nutritional therapy combined with meticulous nursing for colorectal cancer patients can improve the postoperative recovery effect and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
