摘要：神经退行性疾病(neurodegenerative disease)是神经元结构及功能进行性丧失为主要特点的异质性疾病，包括阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease， AD)、帕金森病(Parkinson's disease，PD)、肌萎缩侧索硬化症 (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis，ALS)、亨廷顿病（Huntington's disease， HD）、额颞叶痴呆(Frontotemporal dementia，FTD) 、威尔逊病（Wilson's disease，WD）。定量磁敏感成像（Quantitative susceptibility mapping， QSM）成像是近年来发展起来的磁共振成像技术，通过测量脑内组织铁含量，反映组织细胞的生理及病理信息。本文旨在阐述 QSM 技术优 势，综述其在神经退行性相关疾病中的研究现状。
