目的：心房颤动（Atrial Fibrillation ，AF) 是临床上常见的一种室上性快速性心律失常，尤其是在老年群体，
往往是 AF 发作甚至出现并发症才匆忙就医，目前为止，AF 的治疗策略分为三个方面，抗凝、控制心室率及转复窦性心律，
本研究旨在探讨老年非瓣膜性 AF 患者口服抗凝治疗的研究进展，以期为老年非瓣膜性 AF 患者的抗凝治疗侧重提供参考。
