随着现代医学技术的发展，手术能够对许多疾病实现有效的控制以及治愈，因此在临床上制定治疗方案时具有不可或缺的地位，但是其本质上也属于医疗介入性操作，难以避免地具备一定的风险性，这也导致患者在围术期内具备多种不良事件发生的的可能性，一旦发生会极大提升患者的治疗痛苦，甚至影响到预后，因此如何尽可能地确保患者手术安全一直以来也是临床上积极探索的问题，基于此本文主要从手术室管理、护理人员管理、医疗器械管理三个方面进行综述，希望能够为相关医务人员工作改进提供一定的参考价值。 With the development of modern medical technology, surgery can achieve effective control and cure of many diseases, so it is indispensable in the clinical formulation of treatment plan. However, it is essentially a medical interventional operation, with certain risks that can not be avoided, which also leads to the possibility of occurrence of various adverse events in the perioperative period. Once it occurs, it will greatly improve the patient's treatment pain, even affect the prognosis. Therefore, how to ensure the patient's surgical safety as much as possible has been a problem of active clinical exploration.Based on this, this paper mainly from the operating room management, nursing staff management, medical device management three aspects of a summary, hoping to provide some reference value for the improvement of the work of relevant medical personnel.
