目的:分析在门诊工作中应用优质护理服务产生的效果。方法:将2019年5月-2020年12月期间本院门诊收治的100例患者当做研究对象,围绕不同护理方法划分小组,每组50例,常规组运用一般护理措施,实验组运用优质护理服务,对比两组应用效果。结果:实验组护理满意情况优于常规组(P<0.05);实验组护理质量评分高于常规组,挂号等待时间以及辅助检查等待时间短于常规组(P<0.05);实验组护患纠纷和护理差错发生率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊工作中,运用优质护理服务有利于提高护理满意度以及护理质量,缩短挂号等待时间以及辅助检查等待时间,可以在门诊中积极进行推广。 Objective: To analyze the effect of applying high quality nursing service in outpatient service.Methods:100 outpatients treated in our hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were divided into groups with 50 cases for each group based on different nursing methods. The general nursing measures were used in the conventional group, and the high-quality nursing services were used in the experimental group.Results: The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group (P <0.05), the nursing quality score of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the waiting time of registration and auxiliary examination was shorter than that of the conventional group (P <0.05).Conclusion: High quality nursing service can improve nursing satisfaction and nursing quality, shorten waiting time of registration and auxiliary examination, and can be actively promoted in outpatient service.
