人性化护理服务模式在门诊护理管理工作中的应用 Application of humanized nursing service mode in outpatient nursing management

摘要 / Abstract
目的:对人性化服务模式在门诊护理管理工作中的应用效果展开分析。方法:将我院于2016年6月到2021年4月期间收治的180例来门诊就诊的患者作为研究对象,其中90例患者在住院期间接受的是人性化护理模式,另外90例患者在住院期间接受了人性化护理服务,结合所有患者的临床资料回顾性分析人性化护理的应用效果。结果:对比发现观察组护理满意度明显更高,护理人员服务意识、责任心、沟通能力以及与医生之间的配合度评分更高,两组结果对比差异显著。(P<0.05)结论:人性化护理服务在门诊管理中的应用可以有效提高患者护理满意度,还能明显提高患者护理服务质量,人性化护理服务模式的应用效果显著,值得推广,该护理模式的应用是本院门诊管理中的一次有效尝试,今后本院将遵循人性化护理原则,不断对门诊管理进行优化。 Objective: To analyze the application effect of humanized service mode in outpatient nursing management.Methods:180 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to April 2021 were selected as the study objects.90 patients received humanistic nursing care during hospitalization, and the other 90 patients received humanistic nursing care during hospitalization. The application effect of humanistic nursing care was analyzed retrospectively based on the clinical data of all patients.Results: The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the nursing staff's service consciousness, sense of responsibility, communication ability and coordination with doctors were higher than that in the control group.(P <0.05) Conclusion: The application of humanized nursing service in outpatient service management can effectively improve the satisfaction of patient nursing and the quality of patient nursing service. The application of humanized nursing service mode is worth popularizing. The application of this mode is an effective attempt in outpatient service management of our hospital.
