目的：分析了解活血化淤汤对于急性心肌梗死并发心房颤动患者的临床应用价值。方法：选取122例急性心肌梗死伴心房颤动患者随机纳入对照组与观察组，对照组患者接受常规心内科急性心肌梗塞与心房颤动治疗，观察组患者在此基础上增加使用活血化淤汤进行治疗。结果：接受常规心肌梗塞与心房颤动治疗的对照组患者治疗效果评价中无效、有效、显效以及见效率数据分别为8（13.11%）、31（50.82%）、22（36.07%）、86.89%，增加使用活血化淤汤进行治疗的观察组患者对应数据分别为3（4.92%）、25（40.98%）、33（54.10%）、95.08%（P＜0.05）；接受常规心肌梗塞与心房颤动治疗的对照组患者治疗后纤维蛋白原以及抗炎细胞介素IL-10因子指标数据分别为（394.10±18.33）mg/dl以及（11.04±2.45）ng/mL，增加使用活血化淤汤进行治疗的观察组患者治疗后对应数据分别为（370.05±13.45）mg/dl以及（9.76±1.98）ng/mL（P＜0.05）。结论：活血化淤汤对于急性心肌梗死并发心房颤动患者具有较高临床应用价值。 Objective: To analyze the clinical application value of Huoxue Huoyu Decoction in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with atrial fibrillation.Methods:122 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and atrial fibrillation (AF) were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in control group received routine treatment of AMI and AF, and the patients in observation group were treated with Huoxue Huoyu Decoction.Results: The data of ineffective, effective, obvious effective and effective rate were 8(13.11%),31(50.82%),22(36.07%) and 86.89% respectively in the control group treated with conventional myocardial infarction and atrial fibrillation, and the corresponding data in the observation group treated with Huoxue Huoyu Decoction were 3(4.92%),25(40.98%),33(54.10%) and 95.08% respectively (P <0.05).The data of fibrinogen and anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 after treatment were (394.10±18.33) mg/dl and (11.04±2.45) ng/mL respectively in the control group and (370.05±13.45) mg/dl and (9.76±1.98) ng/mL respectively in the observation group treated with Huoxue Huoyu Decoction (P <0.05).Conclusion: Huoxue Huoyu Decoction has high clinical application value in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with atrial fibrillation.
