目的：探究并分析不孕不育患者外周血染色体核型对其的影响。方法：选取本院近三年（2019.01-2022.01）来院进行检查治疗的不孕不育病患328位，采集其外周血进行染色体核型分析，总结数据记录，分析并报告。结果：通过采集结果的数据总结分析，328位不孕不育病患的染色体核型异常占比21.95%（72例），其中染色体结构异常占比3.05%（10例），染色体数量异常占比0.61%（2例），多态性核型占比18.29%（60例）。结论：染色体核型异常是不孕不育的重要因素之一，孕育困难的夫妇通过外周血染色体核型检查，能够及早明确孕育异常的关键原因，为临床治疗提供参考依据。 Objective: To investigate and analyze the effect of chromosome karyotype on infertility patients.Methods:328 infertile patients who came to our hospital for examination and treatment in recent three years (2019.01-2022.01) were selected, and their peripheral blood was collected for chromosome karyotype analysis.Results: The data of 328 infertile patients showed that the abnormal karyotype accounted for 21.95%(72 cases), including 3.05%(10 cases) of abnormal chromosome structure,0.61%(2 cases) of abnormal chromosome number and 18.29%(60 cases) of polymorphic karyotype.Conclusion: Chromosome karyotype abnormality is one of the important factors of infertility.Through the chromosome karyotype examination of peripheral blood, couples with difficult pregnancy can identify the key causes of abnormal pregnancy as early as possible and provide reference for clinical treatment.
