目的：探讨个案护理模式在乳腺癌切除术后乳房重建患者中的应用效果。方法：抽选本院近两年来接收的乳腺癌切除手术后进行乳房重建的患者144例，按照随机抽样的分组方式分为实验A组与实验B组各72例，实验A组采取常规护理的方案，实验B组采用个案护理的模式。结果：实验B组患者术后恢复效果优于实验A组，生活质量、护理质量、满意度等指标评分均更高，P＜0.05。结论：对乳房重建患者实施术后个案护理能够切实提高患者术后生活质量，同时能够改善患者的心理健康状态，为患者的术后恢复提供了保障，值得推广。 Objective: To explore the effect of case nursing in breast reconstruction after breast cancer resection.Methods:144 patients who underwent breast reconstruction after breast resection were randomly divided into experimental group A (n=72) and experimental group B (n=72).Results: The recovery effect of experimental group B was better than that of experimental group A. The scores of life quality, nursing quality and satisfaction were higher (P <0.05).Conclusion: Postoperative case nursing for patients with breast reconstruction can improve the quality of life and mental health of patients, and provide a guarantee for postoperative recovery.
