目的：直肠癌手术患者在术后造成永久性造口，观察心理护理对其产生的影响。方法：选取本院2019年1月-2020年12月收治的40例直肠癌术后永久性造口患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将直肠癌永久性造口患者分为观察组与对照组，每组各20例。对照组进行传统的常规护理观察组在传统护理的基础上还采用心理护理，比较两组患者病耻感的评分和患者术后自我护理能力。结果：护理后，两组患者病耻感平均分降低。不难发现，观察组病耻感明显低于对照组。差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者自我责任感、患者健康知识水平、患者自我护理能力、患者自我概念评分及患者自我护理能力总分均高于对照组。组间对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：在护理过程中，对直肠癌术后永久性造口患者，优质化心理护理，不但能使患者降低原有病耻感，提升自我价值，展示优质的自我护理能力，使患者的自信心得到优质化提升，值得临床推广。 Objective: To observe the effect of psychological nursing care on permanent stoma after rectal cancer surgery.Methods: Forty patients with rectal cancer who underwent permanent stoma surgery from January 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled in this study.According to the random number table method, the patients with permanent rectal cancer were divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing and psychological nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.Results: After nursing, the average score of the two groups decreased.It is not difficult to find that the observation group is significantly lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), and the self-responsibility, health knowledge, self-care ability, self-concept score and total score of self-care ability of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.There were significant differences between groups (P <0.01).Conclusion: In the process of nursing, the high-quality psychological nursing for the permanent stoma patients after rectal cancer operation can not only reduce the original stigma, improve the self-value display the high-quality self-nursing ability, but also improve the self-confidence of the patients.
