目的：探究个性化护理干预模式在肝病护理中的应用效果。方法：选取我院在2019年12月至2020年12月收治的60例肝病患者，随机分为观察组（个性化护理干预模式）和对照组（常规护理）各30人。结果：与对照组相比，观察组治疗依从率（90.0%）和护理满意度（93.3%）均较高（P<0.05）；干预后，观察组健康行为、心理弹性、生活质量改善更明显（P<0.05）。结论：在肝病护理中运用个性化护理干预模式可以获得更为理想的干预效果。 Objective: To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention in liver disease nursing.Methods:60 patients with liver diseases admitted in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group (individualized nursing intervention mode) and control group (routine nursing).Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment compliance rate (90.0%) and nursing satisfaction rate (93.3%) in the observation group were higher (P <0.05), and the health behavior, resilience and quality of life in the observation group improved more significantly (P <0.05).Conclusion: The application of individualized nursing intervention mode in liver disease nursing can obtain more ideal intervention effect.
