目的：探究分组护理管理在手术室护理管理中的实施效果。方法：选取2021年1月-2021年6月在笔者医院手术室工作的20例护理人员作为对照组，对该组实施常规护理管理。2021年7月-2021年12月在笔者医院手术室工作的20例护理人员作为观察组，对该组实施分组护理管理。比较两组护理不良事件发生率和手术医师护理满意度。结果：观察组护理不良事件发生率为5.0%，明显低于对照组，X2=8.3174；且观察组手术医师护理满意度为100.0%，也明显高于对照组，X2=4.6715，（P<0.05）。结论：手术室护理管理中实施分组护理管理模式可以明显降低护理不良事件的发生率，能得到手术室医师的更高认可。分组护理管理可以在手术室护理中积极推广开来。 Objective: To explore the effect of group nursing management in operating room.Methods: From January 2021 to June 2021,20 nurses working in the operating room of our hospital were selected as the control group, and the routine nursing management was carried out in this group.From July 2021 to December 2021,20 nursing staff working in the operating room of the author's hospital served as the observation group to implement group nursing management.The incidence of adverse nursing events and the satisfaction of surgeons were compared between the two groups.Results: The incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was 5.0%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (X2=8.3174), and the satisfaction rate of the surgical doctors in the observation group was 100.0%, which was also significantly higher than that in the control group (X2=4.6715, P <0.05).Conclusion: The implementation of group nursing management mode in operating room nursing management can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events, can be more recognized by operating room doctors.Group nursing management can be actively promoted in operating room nursing.
