目的：探讨可替代性约束在管道护理风险管理中的应用方法。方法：选取本院在2021年4月至2021年11月手术及术后留置管道66例患者作为研究对象，将其随机分成对照组和干预组。对照组实施常规管道护理约束方法，干预组施行可替代性约束管道护理方法，观察两组患者非计划性拔管率（UEX）、患者的焦虑程度、护理满意度率及皮肤损伤情况。结果：干预组患者非计划性拔管率、患者的焦虑程度及皮肤损伤情况均降低，护理满意度率提高。结论：可替代性约束管道护理方法可降低患者非计划性拔管率，减轻患者的焦虑程度及皮肤损伤情况，并可明显提高患者的住院护理满意度，构建和谐的护患关系，有利于改善患者的生活质量，具有重要的临床意义。 Objective: To explore the application of alternative restraint in pipeline nursing risk management.Methods: From April 2021 to November 2021,66 patients with postoperative indwelling catheter were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine tube nursing and the patients in the intervention group were treated with alternative tube nursing. Unplanned extubation rate (UEX), anxiety degree, nursing satisfaction rate and skin injury were observed.Results: The rate of unplanned extubation, anxiety and skin injury were decreased, and the rate of nursing satisfaction was increased.Conclusion: The alternative constrained tube nursing method can reduce the rate of unplanned extubation, reduce the anxiety and skin injury of patients, significantly improve the satisfaction of in-patient nursing, build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
