目的：探讨在小儿肺炎护理中常规护理联合细节管理的应用效果和对治疗效果的影响。方法：选取泉州市泉港区医院儿科收治的90例小儿肺炎患儿作为本次研究的研究对象，病例选取时间跨度为2020年6月-2021年6月，使用随机数字表法将患儿分为常规组（应用常规护理）和研究组（应用常规护理联合细节管理），每组各45例。对两组患儿的治疗效果、症状消失时间和护理前后的肺功能指标进行比较。结果：研究组的治疗效果明显高于常规组（P<0.05）；研究组各项症状消失时间、指标恢复时间和住院时间均明显少于常规组（P<0.06）；治疗后，研究组的各项肺功能指标均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在小儿肺炎患儿的临床护理中应用细节管理联合常规护理可以提高临床治疗效果，不但有利于对患儿的临床症状进行改善，促进患儿恢复，而且对于患儿肺功能的改善具有积极意义，有较高的临床推广应用价值。 Objective: To explore the effect of routine nursing combined with detail management in the nursing care of children with pneumonia.Methods: A total of 90 children with pneumonia were selected from the pediatric department of Quanzhou Quangang Hospital.The time span was from June 2020 to June 2021.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: routine nursing group (n=45) and research group (n=45).The treatment effect, symptom disappearance time and lung function index before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results: The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P <0.05), the disappearance time of symptoms, the recovery time of indexes and the hospitalization time of the study group were significantly lower than that of the conventional group (P <0.06), and the lung function indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: The application of detail management and routine nursing in the clinical nursing of children with pneumonia can improve the clinical treatment effect, which is not only beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms of children and promote the recovery of children, but also has positive significance for the improvement of children's lung function, and has high clinical application value.
