导乐陪产技术是在产前、产时、产后给予孕妇生理、心理帮助和支持，并采用适宜的技术帮助产妇顺利分娩，它已成为实施人文关怀助产技术的一种趋势。为了推进导乐陪产技术的广泛应用，本文分析了导乐陪产技术的发展现状，总结了导乐陪产技术的应用效果，有效地缩短产程，降低剖宫产率，提高分娩质量；归纳了导乐陪产联合硬脊膜外穿刺、镇痛仪等多种技术联合应用的效果。为今后导乐陪产技术在产科护理的应用提供了一定的参考依据。 It is a tendency to implement the humanistic care midwifery technology to give pregnant women physical and psychological help and support before, during and after delivery, and to use appropriate technology to help them deliver successfully.In order to promote the wide application of the assisted labor technique, this paper analyzed the development status of the assisted labor technique, summarized the application effect of the assisted labor technique, effectively shortened the labor process, reduced the rate of cesarean section and improved the delivery quality, and summarized the combined application effect of the assisted labor technique combined with epidural puncture and analgesia instrument.It provides a reference for the future application of Doula technique in obstetric nursing.
