目的：探究集束化护理对留置中心静脉导管护理效果的影响。方法：选取于2018年8月至2020年8月本院收治的130例留置中心静脉导管患者，随机分为观察组（集束化护理）和对照组（常规护理）各65人。结果：相比于对照组，观察组护理满意度（96.92%）较高，并发症发生率（6.15%）较低（P<0.05）；干预后，观察组心理弹性、QOL评分均较高（P<0.05）。结论：对留置中心静脉导管患者应用集束化护理可以获得更为理想的治疗效果。 Objective: To explore the effect of cluster nursing on the nursing effect of indwelling central venous catheter.Methods:130 patients with indwelling central venous catheter were randomly divided into observation group (cluster nursing) and control group (routine nursing).Results: Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction rate (96.92%) was higher and the complication rate (6.15%) was lower in the observation group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Cluster nursing care for patients with indwelling central venous catheter can obtain more ideal therapeutic effect.
