摘要:[Abstract] Glaucoma is a group of diseases characterized by progressive optic nerve damage, eventually leading to visual impairment. Surgery is one of the main treatment modalities for glaucoma, but postoperative optic nerve protection remains challenging. In recent years, there has been an increasing amount of research on the protective effects of traditional Chinese medicine that nourishes Qi, nourishes Yin, activates blood circulation, and resolves stasis on postoperative optic nerve protection in glaucoma. This article provides an overview of related research and analyzes the mechanisms of the effects of traditional Chinese medicine that nourishes Qi, nourishes Yin, activates blood circulation, and resolves stasis on postoperative optic nerve protection.
