摘要：随着经济社会的持续发展，我国医疗水平也在不断提升，疾病的诊治率不断提高。现代医学不断发展为人们健康带来保障的同时，由于环境变化等因素的影响，疾病谱也在不断变化。尤其是随着我国人口老龄化问题的进一步加深，我国的慢性疾病和老年疾病患者呈现出明显的扩大趋势，各地医院濒死病人大量出现。但是反观我国的护理教育工作发展，死亡教育却呈现出明显的缺位现象，护理人员若不能科学客观地看待生老病死，在为患者提供护理服务的同时往往会出现个人及专业角色之间的冲突，进而影响患者的情绪。对此本篇文章着重对高校护理专业课程中死亡教育的开展现状、实施意义进行综述。 With the sustained economic and social development, China's medical level is also constantly improving, disease diagnosis and treatment rate is constantly improving.With the development of modern medicine, people's health has been guaranteed. At the same time, the disease spectrum is changing because of the influence of environmental changes.Especially with the further deepening of population aging in our country, the patients with chronic diseases and senile diseases in our country show an obvious expanding trend, and a large number of dying patients appear in hospitals all over the country.However, in contrast to the development of nursing education in our country, the death education is obviously absent. If the nursing staff can not treat the life and death scientifically and objectively, the conflict between the individual and the professional role will often occur while providing nursing service to the patients, which will affect the patients' mood.This article focuses on the current situation and significance of death education in college nursing curriculum.
