摘要：目的：探讨分析营养支持疗法结合护理在肿瘤重症患者中的具体应用方法和效果，为临床深入研究提供现实依据和参考价值。方法：从我院病例系统中随机抽取65例患者（所有患者均为肿瘤重症患者），抽取时间为2020年7月-2021年10月。将所选患者按照系统分组法分为A组（即对照组）33例、B组（即观察组）32例，分别予以常规护理、营养支持疗法结合护理方案，观察比对两组患者的相关指标变化以及恢复情况。结果：B组患者的临床相关性指标均明显优于A组，出现不良反应的概率（6.25%）明显低于A组（27.27%），满意度评价（93.75%）明显高于A组（72.73%），P＜0.05。结论：肿瘤重症患者病情危急，对该患者采取营养支持疗法结合护理方案能够发挥良好作用，有助于改善患者的临床相关性指标，提高工作效率，帮助患者快速恢复；同时该方案更容易满足患者的治疗需求，具有人性化特点和实用性，值得进行合理推广。 Objective: To explore the specific application and effect of nutritional support therapy combined with nursing in severe tumor patients, and to provide practical basis and reference value for further clinical research.Methods:65 patients (all patients with severe cancer) were randomly selected from the case system of our hospital from July 2020 to October 2021.The patients were divided into group A (33 cases) and group B (32 cases) according to the method of systematic grouping.
