摘要：目的：分析在门诊工作中应用优质护理服务产生的效果。方法：将2019年5月-2020年12月期间本院门诊收治的100例患者当做研究对象，围绕不同护理方法划分小组，每组50例，常规组运用一般护理措施，实验组运用优质护理服务，对比两组应用效果。结果：实验组护理满意情况优于常规组（P＜0.05）；实验组护理质量评分高于常规组，挂号等待时间以及辅助检查等待时间短于常规组（P＜0.05）；实验组护患纠纷和护理差错发生率均低于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论：在门诊工作中，运用优质护理服务有利于提高护理满意度以及护理质量，缩短挂号等待时间以及辅助检查等待时间，可以在门诊中积极进行推广。 Objective: To analyze the effect of applying high quality nursing service in outpatient service.Methods:100 outpatients treated in our hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were divided into groups with 50 cases for each group based on different nursing methods.
