摘要：目的：本文旨在观察病理诊断中病理技术HE染色的应用价值。方法：选取我院于2019年3月10日～2021年6月30日进行病理诊断患者病理组织石蜡切片标本480例，将患者依据入院日期均分两组，对照组（常规病理技术HE染色240例）、观察组（改进病理技术HE染色240例），观察两组病理组织染色标准率。结果：观察组骨组织、子宫及肝胆、子宫内膜、脂肪组织、胃镜活检、其他病理组织染色标准率明显高于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：病理技术HE染色是病理组织诊断常用技术，通过对其进行改良，明显提高其组织染色标准率，为临床各种疾病诊断准确率提高提供科学参考，值得推广应用。 Objective: To observe the value of HE staining in pathological diagnosis.Methods: From March 10,2019 to June 30,2021,480 paraffin section specimens of pathologically diagnosed patients were selected from our hospital. The patients were divided into two groups according to the date of admission. The control group (240 cases) and the observation group (240 cases) were treated with HE staining with conventional pathologic techniques. The standard rate of pathological tissue staining was observed in the two groups.Results: The staining standard rate of bone tissue, uterus and hepatobiliary tissue, endometrium, adipose tissue, gastroscopic biopsy and other pathological tissues in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P
