摘要:目的:观察以问题为基础教学法(PBL)与对比性护理查房方法在创伤骨科护理教学中的质量,寻求有效的带教方法,以为后续带教老师的工作提供指导性意见。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月在我院创伤骨科实习的护士48名,进行合理分组,展开调查,按照区组随机化的分组方式分为实验A组(24名)与实验B组(24名),实验A组采用传统的教学模式,实验B组采用PBL和对比护理查房方法教学,对比两组教学结果。结果:通过对研究数据分析可知,结果:实验B组学生的临床教学质量评分、对教学的总体满意度、专业素养考核中的得分、对教学内容设置的评估均明显优于实验A组学生,P<0.05。结论:PBL和对比性护理查房方法运用于创伤骨科护理教学中,对实习护士的临床教学质量评分、总体满意度、专业素养考查得分、教学内容设置的评估均有明显的提升,能够有效改善提高实习护士的护理质量,值得推广。 Objective: To observe the quality of problem-based teaching method (PBL) and comparative nursing rounds in the teaching of trauma and orthopaedic nursing, and to seek effective teaching methods, so as to provide guidance for the follow-up teaching teachers.Methods: A total of 48 nurses from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group A (n=24) and experimental group B (n=24).Results: The results showed that the score of clinical teaching quality, the overall satisfaction of teaching, the score of professional accomplishment and the evaluation of teaching content in group B were significantly better than those in group A (P
