摘要：目的：探讨在预防ICU老年患者失禁相关性皮炎中应用改良结构化皮肤护理的应用效果。方法：获得患者及其家属同意后，抽选本院ICU科室在2020年3月-2021年4月期间收治的失禁相关性皮炎老年患者共计88例，将患者的入院序号完全打乱，使用双盲法将其划分为实验A组和实验B组。其中，实验A组共计44例，应用常规护理，实验B组共计44例，应用改良结构化皮肤护理方案。在此期间，护理人员要准确和详细记录下需要进行观察的指标，以便为后期研究提供数据支持。结果：根据研究数据可知，实验B组患者IAD严重程度、IAD发生时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度均优于实验A组，P＜0.05。结论：就本次研究所得的具体数据做对比分析发现，改良结构化皮肤护理方案应用于ICU老年患者失禁相关性皮炎的临床护理中，具备良好的护理效果，降低IAD和并发症发生率，确保患者生命安全，加快患者康复速度，提升患者对护理工作的满意度。各项数据对比发现，采用该护理方案比之于应用常规护理具有明显的优势，因而，可推广。 Objective: To investigate the effect of modified structured skin care in the prevention of ICU elderly patients with incontinence-related dermatitis.Methods: After obtaining the consent of the patients and their families,88 elderly patients with incontinence-related dermatitis were selected from ICU department of our hospital from March 2020 to April 2021. The admission serial numbers of the patients were completely disrupted, and they were divided into experimental group A and experimental group B by double-blind method.There were 44 cases in experimental group A and 44 cases in experimental group B, respectively.During this period, the nursing staff shall accurately and carefully record the indexes to be observed to provide data support for later research.Results: According to the study data, the severity of IAD, the time of IAD, the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of nursing care in group B were better than those in group A (P
