摘要：目的：探究中医特色护理对创伤骨折患者的影响。方法：研究时间为2021年1月-2021年12月，研究对象为此期间我院收治的创伤骨折患者，共计98例。通过抽签方式将入组患者分为对照组与观察组，对照组为蓝色签，采用常规护理，观察组为红色签，采用常规护理+中医特色护理。比较干预后两组患者相关情况。结果：观察组卧床时间、住院时间及骨折愈合时间，均短于对照组，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理干预后，两组患者NRS（疼痛）评分均较干预前有所降低，且观察组低于对照组，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理后观察组NAS（运动功能）、SF-36（生活质量）评分高于对照组，且舒适度评分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理满意度，观察组为97.96%（48/49），对照组为85.71%（42/49），观察组高于对照组，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：使用中医特色护理方式对创伤骨折患者进行干预，对于促进期关节功能恢复、提高预后生活质量具有积极意义，可以有效缓解患者疼痛感，提高护理满意度，具有积极临床使用价值，值得推广。 Objective: To explore the effect of characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with traumatic fracture.Methods: From January 2021 to December 2021,98 patients with traumatic fractures were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by drawing lots.
