摘要：目的：探讨护理质量控制在护理管理中的作用。方法：回顾性分析我院2020年7月-2021年7月各科室收治的164例患者临床资料，采用数字随机表法将其分为A组和B组，对A组患者采用常规护理管理方案，B组患者采用常规护理管理联合质量控制管理方案，并对两组患者护理管理成效进行分析。结果：通过对两组患者研究期间的各项数据分析后发现相对于A组，B组患者治疗期间风险事件发生率明显更低，并且护理质量评分也整体处于较高的水平（P＜0.05）。结论：研究发现基于《江苏省三级综合医院评审标准实施细则》以及医院实际情况健全护理质量管理体系能够有效提高综合医院护理整体质量，过程中取得的成果和经验对于后续工作的开展具有积极的指导意义。 Objective: To explore the role of nursing quality control in nursing management.Methods: Clinical data of 164 patients in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.
