摘要：大脑神经元异常放电是诱发癫痫的重要因素，认知功能障碍是严重影响癫痫患者生活质量最常见的并发症，以注意力不集中、记忆力下降等为主要临床表现。在中国知网、PubMed数据库查阅相关文献，从临床研究、动物研究两方面对近10年癫痫伴认知障碍的中医疗法进行系统总结，来寻找更有价值的治疗方法。 Abnormal discharge of brain neurons is an important factor to induce epilepsy. Cognitive dysfunction is the most common complication that seriously affects the quality of life of epileptic patients.In order to find a more valuable treatment, we systematically summarized the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of epilepsy with cognitive impairment in recent 10 years from clinical research and animal research by consulting relevant literature in China HowNet and PubMed database.
