摘要：目的：探讨VSD技术治疗骨科创伤感染的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院骨科2020年6月-2021年6月收治的74例骨科创伤感染患者临床资料，采用数字随机表法将其分为A组和B组。对A组患者采用常规引流术进行治疗，对B组患者采用VSD技术治疗，并对两组患者治疗效果和临床指标进行记录分析。结果：通过对两组患者围治疗期间的研究内容数据分析可以发现两组患者组间数据对比显示B组临床有效率明显高于A组，另外B组患者包括创面愈合时间在内的各项临床指标也普遍优于A组（P＜0.05）。结论：研究发现骨科患者在治疗过程中，由于多种因素的影响，极容易导致创面感染的发生，针对这类患者的治疗可采用VSD技术介入，能够有效促进创面愈合，避免病情恶化，有助于提高治疗整体效果。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of VSD in the treatment of orthopaedic trauma infection.Methods: Clinical data of 74 patients with orthopaedic trauma infection from June 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients in group A were treated by conventional drainage, while the patients in group B were treated by VSD.
