摘要：目的：探讨息风降压汤联合尼莫地平对老年性高血压的治疗临床效果。方法：选取我院于2020年1-12月所收治的老年性高血压128例，随机将其分为2组，分别为观察组及对照组，每组患者64例。对照组患者采用尼莫地平进行治疗，观察组患者采用息风降压汤联合尼莫地平治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组患者经治疗后，其收缩压、舒张压水平均有显著下降，且观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。经治疗后观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组，且不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对于老年性高血压患者采用息风降压汤联合尼莫地平的治疗方法，可有效改善患者高血压情况，降低患者的不良反应发生率。 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Xifengjiangya Decoction combined with nimodipine on senile hypertension.Methods:128 patients with senile hypertension who were treated in our hospital from January to December in 2020 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with nimodipine, while the patients in the observation group were treated with Xifengjiangya Decoction combined with nimodipine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results: The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, and the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P
