摘要：目的：通过先进的医疗评估手段，观察综合护理管理对于肛肠科患者治疗效果及肛肠科患者疼痛程度的影响。方法：随机法选择我院2018年2月～2019年3月接收的混合痔患者100例，随机分为对照组患者和观察组患者各50例，对照组采用患者最普遍接受的常规护理方式，观察组患者在对照组患者最普遍接受的常规护理基础上，实施与以往护理有所区分度综合护理。比较两组患者的舒适度、两组患者的疼痛评分、两组患者的抑郁自量表评分、两组患者的焦虑自量表评分、两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者在社会、观察组患者在环境、观察组患者在生理、观察组患者在心理方面舒适度均高于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组患者干预后SDS、SAS评分低于肛肠科患者干预前，对照组患者SDS、SAS评分高于观察组患者；两组肛肠科患者对疼痛程评分较护理前降低，观察组肛肠科患者疼痛程度评分低于对照组肛肠科患者：观察组肛肠科患者疼痛缓解率93.73%高于对照组肛肠科患者81.00%。结论：综合护理模式，对肛肠科患者的术后护理情况进行有效分析，不断缓解患者的疼痛感，患者患者手术的焦虑以及患者手术抑郁等不良情绪，还可以对患者的临床治疗效果带来优质化改善，提高患者的舒适程度。 Objective: To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing management on treatment effect and pain degree of patients in anorectal department by advanced medical evaluation.Methods:100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids received in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.
