摘要：乌梅丸是《伤寒论辨厥阴病脉证并治》中记载的首个方剂，药物组成中以醋制乌梅为君，辅以酸苦甘辛之品，全方寒热并用，集收涩、调和、宣降等诸多功效为一体，乃治疗寒热、虚实夹杂证的经典方剂之一。在此通过对近10年乌梅丸在儿科疾病中的应用情况进行系统总结，以求该方剂在儿科疾病的诊治中得到进一步的广泛应用，为儿科临床工作者提供更多思路与方法。 Wumei pill is the first prescription recorded in Treatise on Syndrome Differentiation of Febrile Diseases and Syndrome Differentiation of Jueyin.In the composition of the medicine, vinegar is used to make black plum as the monarch, supplemented with bitter and bitter medicine, and the whole prescription is combined with cold and heat.It is one of the classical prescriptions for treating cold and heat, deficiency and excess mixed with syndrome.In this paper, the application of Wumei pill in pediatric diseases in recent 10 years was systematically summarized, in order to obtain further extensive application of the prescription in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diseases, and provide more ideas and methods for pediatric clinical workers.
