摘要：目的：观察硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的疗效。方法：选取于2020年05月－2021年12月期间到河北省张家口市第一医院接受诊治的老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者作为样本进行研究，共计70例，结合随机分组法的分组规则将这70例患者进行分组，其中常规组35例，给予该组患者硝苯地平控释片进行治疗，研究组35例，给予该组患者硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦进行治疗，并对两组患者的肾功能指标、肾血管指标、临床治疗效果以及血压控制情况等指标进行比较分析。结果：比较分析患者肾功能指标之间的差异，研究组患者的肾功能指标优于常规组（P＜0.05）；比较分析患者肾血管指标之间的差异，研究组患者的肾血管指标得到显著改善（P＜0.05）；比较分析患者临床治疗效果之间的差异，研究组患者临床治疗总有效率较高（P＜0.05）；比较分析患者血压控制情况之间的差异，研究组患者的血压控制较好（P＜0.05）。结论：在为老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者治疗期间，应采用硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦进行治疗，这种治疗方式可以有效改善患者的血压水平、肾血管指标以及肾功能指标，并提升临床治疗效果。 Objective: To observe the efficacy of nifedipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension.Methods: A total of 70 elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension who received treatment in the First Hospital of Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province from May 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the sample for the study.
