摘要：目的：探究分级检验方法在血脂生化检验中的临床应用价值。方法：选取本院检验科近一年内（2021.01-2022.01）来院进行血脂生化检验的病患，进行检验方式分组对比的方法进行实验观察与研究。其中一组为A组，进行常规拉网式检验并观察记录血脂各项检验结果；另一组为B组，进行分级检验的方式分析并观察记录血脂各项检验结果。结果：在无其他客观因素干扰时，B组的LDL-C、APOAI、APOB检出率均均高于常规A组，TC、TG、HDL-C的两组检验结果无明显差异。结论：通过对两组检验对象的检验结果报告可知，采用分级检验的方式对于血脂生化检验的结果来说更准确，方法有效，值得推广。 Objective: To explore the clinical application value of grading test in blood lipid biochemical test.Methods: In the past one year (2021.01-2022.01), the patients who came to our hospital for blood lipid biochemical test were selected for experimental observation and study.One group was group A, and the results of blood lipid tests were observed and recorded. The other group was group B, and the results of blood lipid tests were observed and recorded.Results: The detection rates of LDL-C, APOAI and APOB in group B were higher than those in group A without the interference of other objective factors. There was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: According to the test results of two groups of test objects, the method of grading test is more accurate for the results of blood lipid biochemical test, and the method is effective and worthy of popularization.
