生长抑素联合奥曲肽治疗肝硬化并发上消化道出血对APTT及FIB指标的效果

摘要

目的：探析肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者采取生长抑素联合奥曲肽治疗的效果。方法：纳入到此次研究的研究对象为2020年3月~2021年3月期间收治的58例肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者。行随机数字表法分成对照组（29例，奥曲肽治疗），实验组（29例，生长抑素联合奥曲肽治疗）。分析对比两组治疗效果。结果：实验组肝功能指标及血氨水平中，ALB相比较对照组较高（P＜0.05），TBLL、血氨指标相比较对照组较低（P＜0.05）。实验组凝血指标中，PT、TT以及APTT相比较对照组较低（P＜0.05），FIB相比较对照组较高（P＜0.05）。实验组治疗效果相比较对照组较高（P＜0.05）。实验组不良反应相比较对照组较低（P＜0.05）。结论：在肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者治疗中采取生长抑素联合奥曲肽治疗效果较为凸显，能够在临床上积极推广。
