股骨近端防旋髓内钉结合抗骨质疏松药物治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果分析

摘要

目的：观察采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉结合抗骨质疏松药物治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：65例老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者按照随机数字表法均分为观察组、对照组进行前瞻性对照分析。两组患者均采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉固定，观察组术后给予钙剂＋骨化三醇＋降钙素治疗，对照组不使用，比较两组患者术后疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、髋关节功能Harris评分、患者骨痂出现时间、骨折愈合时间、腰椎及髋部骨密度。结果：治疗后2组Harris评分明显增高、VAS评分明显下降,且观察组Harris评分增高程度及VAS评分下降程度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。术后观察组患者骨痂出现时间、骨折愈合时间均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。术后观察组患者腰椎及髋部骨密度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论股骨近端防旋髓内钉结合抗骨质疏松药物治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折疗效确切，可获得满意的临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。
