尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效探讨

摘要

目的：探讨治疗急性脑梗死，使用药物尤瑞克林的实际效果。方法：选定2016.12-2019.2时间段我院收治的40例急性脑梗死患者为观察组，同期选择该时间段的40例急性脑梗死患者为对照组，观察组和对照组分别采用尤瑞克林治疗方案，血塞通治疗方案，治疗一个疗程后，对比治疗总有效率。结果：选定的80例患者在接受治疗后，临床症状均有所改善，观察组治疗总有效率百分比显著高于对照组，对比结果显示P<0.05。结论：比之于传统的治疗方法（血塞通治疗方案），尤瑞克林静脉注射治疗急性脑梗死效果更优，该治疗方法值得广大医疗工作者根据实际情况选用。
