原发性与继发性不孕症患者人乳头状瘤病毒感染状况分析

摘要


目的 了解原发性与继发性不孕症患者人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)的感染状况、亚型分布。方法 采集 2017-2018 年 101 例原发性、104 例继发性不孕症患者及 315 例健康体检者宫颈脱落细胞,应用流式荧光杂交技术检测 HPV27 种亚型(低危亚型 10 种、高危亚型 17 种)。结果 不孕症患者 HPV 总感染率高于对照组(19.5% vs 17.8%,P>0.05)。单一感染率高于多重感染(15.1% vs 4.4%,P<0.05),共检出 20 种型别,高危亚型累积感染率高于低危亚型(75.5% vs 24.5%,P<0.05),以HPV52、16、35型为主。继发性不孕症患者HPV感染率高于原发性不孕症 (23.1% vs 15.8%,P>0.05)。继发组检出 15 种 HPV 型,高危型累积感染率高于低危型(71.9% vs 28.1%,P<0.05),以 HPV35、16、58 型为主;原发组检出 10 种 HPV 型,高危型累积感染率亦高于低危型(80.0% vs 19.0%,P<0.05),以 HPV52、18、33 型为主。结论 HPV 感染与女性不孕症存在一定相关性,与继发性不孕症的关系可能更为密切,可建议对不孕症患者进行 HPV 筛查。
