高职院校专利与科技成果转移转化管理方式探析 Analysis on the Management of Patent and Technology Transfer in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要：高职院校作为培养技能型人才的温床，在为社会输送新鲜血液以及推动经济发展等方面扮演了关键性的角色。在国家越来越注重科技创新与职业教育的大背景下，由于许多高职院校专利申请与科技成果转化起步较晚，部分院校重教学轻科研，所以亟需改革与创新。为了解决在专利申请与成果转化中面临的问题，高职院校可以通过搭建平台组成团队，构建合理的专利管理体系，确定健全的奖励政策与管理办法，借助政府部门官方合作渠道等方式，提高专利申请与成果转化的管理能力与效率。

Abstract: As a hotbed for cultivating skilled talents, vocational colleges play a crucial role in delivering fresh blood to society and promoting economic development. Many vocational colleges prioritize teaching over scientific research due to the late start of patent applications and technology transfer, so there is an urgent need for reform and innovation under the background of the increasing emphasis on technological innovation and vocational education in China. In order to solve the problems, vocational colleges can establish platforms to form teams, establish a reasonable patent management system, determine incentive policies and management methods, and cooperate with government departments to improve the management ability and efficiency of patent application and technology transfer.
