教育水平对护士职业价值观的影响:系统评价

摘要


专业护理价值观已被全球公认为日常护理实践的基础。了解护士如何识别、理解和应用他们的专业护理
价值观是提高护理实践和患者护理质量的重要一步。研究表明,护士的职业价值观是在执照前学历教育中培养的。
本系统评价的目的是确定教育水平如何影响临床执业护士的专业护理价值。在以下五个电子数据库中对截至2015
年12月发表的定量研究进行了系统检索:CINAHL、Cochrane Library、MEDLINE、Web of Science和Religion and
Philosophy Collection。搜索不限于原产国。使用既定标准评估研究的方法学质量。在通过文献检索确定的1501篇文
章中,只有7篇研究符合纳入标准,其中大部分为优质至高质量。大多数研究发现,与学术或非学术教育水平较低
的护士相比,攻读护理学学士学位或更高学位的注册护士对专业价值观的认识和应用程度更高。受过高等教育的护
士也将专业价值观视为优质护理实践的基础。对护理和卫生政策的影响:卫生和学术机构应通过加强专业价值观的
优质继续教育和高等教育来支持护士,从而提高患者护理质量。护士的教育水平似乎在培养意识和将专业价值观融
入实践方面发挥着重要作用。需要更多的研究来发现可用于在已经在临床执业的护士中提升护士专业价值观的方法。
