医护人员日常工作所面对的语言攻击
摘要
他们每一天都被曝露在极高的语言攻击风险之中,但此事却被大众知之甚少。于 2010年,一项 1150小时的观察数据
显示,在 220名病患当中就有 210名向医护人员展开语言攻击。本文收录了此项观察所得出的结果,并揭发每位医疗
人员如何经历病患与家属所发动的语言攻击。研究结果分为三大部分:性骚扰(占多数);荒谬、无理要求;以及威
胁恐吓。研究当中的医护人员每日都被笼罩在性别侮辱和恶意攻击的迷雾之中。因此我们建议针对医护人员所面对
的性骚扰课题提供干预措施,改善医疗领域的工作环境。
