超个性化兴起对员工体验的影响初探

摘要


科技的快速发展,不仅改变了人们的生活方式,而且给组织的运营和管理也带来颠覆性改变。在新的现代商业环境中,数字化带来超个性化(Hyper-Personalisation)兴起并发挥着关键作用,工作场所员工的期望和需求发生较大变化,重塑员工体验(Employee Experienceand)成为组织急需面对的问题。本文阐述了超个性化如何影响员工体验,针对问题如何优化超个性化员工体验,适应员工期望和需求的演变,确保主动的人力管理和保持劳动力适应性,解决当前组织留住人才和吸引人才的核心问题。
