数字化转型对传统企业运营模式的影响

摘要

新技术及其新管理理念加持，成为传统实体转型和变革之方向。数字化转型正深刻改变全球传统企业的运营模式，尤在组织结构、生产流程、商业模式、客户管理等方面影响显著。本文从数字化转型的定义出发，探讨其对传统企业运营模式的影响，结合成功企业案例与数据分析，阐明数字化转型的优势与挑战。通过对比分析，研究发现当下传统企业在数字化转型过程中面临的主要挑战，并提出了相应的应对策略。
