制造业企业组织学习文化对企业绩效的影响

摘要


制造企业是国家实体经济的主体,制造企业的发展水平对于构建新发展格局具有重要的战略意义。在复杂多变的内外部环境下,指明组织文化所具有的驱动效应,分析产品创新、组织结构创新、成本改善管理与企业绩效间的关系,有利于制造企业向智能数字化改革创新,打造学习型组织,提升制造业企业综合竞争力,进而促进经济的高质量发展。本研究面向广州市制造业企业中高层管理人员发放问卷,并对其进行规范实证检验,运用SmartPLS软件在基本分析结果满足实证分析标准的基础上,从直接效应、中介效应和调节效应三方面对研究假设进行检验,最后从组织学习活动开展、组织结构变革创新、成本管理控制模式方面提出相应的管理建议。
