人力资源管理对组织竞争优势的贡献

摘要


人力资源管理(HRM)在当今被广泛视为驱动组织绩效和竞争优势的关键因素。大量研究表明,合理配置的HRM实践(例如招聘选拔、培训发展、绩效激励等)能够提高员工的知识技能和动力,减少不良惰怠,留住高绩效人才,从而对企业业绩产生显著正向影响。本文将综述最新的HRM相关理论与实证研究进展,结合领先企业案例,阐释HRM如何提升组织竞争优势,并讨论战略性人力资源管理的实施、HR科技的应用以及不同文化情境下HRM实践的差异。
